For those of you who keep asking about my work out programs and what I have been doing to lose inches and pounds, here is a list of things I follow by.
So my go to workouts are as follows:
T25- Alpha, Beta, Gamma
This is a workout program done 6 days a week and is with Shaun T through Team Beachbody.
I do this 6 days a week before or after T25 for an hour.
The following are things I add in if I go to the gym or have the weekend off to do activities with my fiancé:
Riding my bike
