All You Need Is TEN Minutes

Meditation has really helped my anxiety. With only ten minutes a day on an app called Breethe, I have learned dhow to quiet my mind and take some control back. Meditation is an important part of a healthy mind, body and soul. When I meditate, I look for a quiet place outside, or I run a warm bath with candles, and I also love essential oils and turning the lights out. The calm and stillness around me helps me to get ready to meditate. 

With the Breethe app, they teach you how to meditate in not so quiet environments also. I am obsessed with meditating and think everyone should spend at least ten minutes a day to take the time to do this. In the beginning I didn't think it was working but after four months, I wouldn't have it any other way. Download this app and get meditating! You won't regret it!
