PSL: Made Healthy

It's Pumpkin Spice Latte season and while you are trying to avoid it at all costs because of the calories, here are a couple ways you can still enjoy your favorite fall beverage guilt-free.

  • 2% Milk
  • Brewed Espresso
  • Pumpkin Spice Sauce (Sugar, condensed skim milk, pumpkin puree, salt, natural flavors, annatto, potassium sorbate)
  • Whipped Cream
  • Pumpkin Spice Topping (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, sulfating agents)

  • 1/2 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 3 TBS. Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2-3 Drops of Liquid Stevia
  • 8 Ounces Brewed Coffee or 1-2 Shots of Espresso
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon


  • In a saucepan, mix together almond milk and pumpkin puree. Cook on medium heat.
  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, spices and sweetener, place in cup and use brother to remove foam.
  • Pour coffee into mug, pour mixture on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • 1 Shot of Espresso or 4 OZ of Coffee
  • 3/4 C. Coconut Milk
  • 3 TBS. of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 TBS. Real Maple Syrup
  • 5 Drops of Liquid Stevia
  • 1/8 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/8 tsp. Vanilla
  • Pinch of Coconut Sugar for Topping
