Healthy Ground Chicken Flatbread

Tonight I was in the mood for flat bread but, I wanted to still eat healthy. I do not eat red meat, so I chose to use ground chicken. The recipe for my Healthy Ground Chicken Flatbread is below!

1 LB Ground Chicken, cooked fully
1 Mama Mary's Super Thin Crust Pizza Dough
1 Cup of White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Red Onion, Chopped
1 Avocado, Diced
Zero Calorie Spray Butter, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1 Cup Spinach
Choice of Spices

I always add spices to my ground chicken/turkey. When browning the meat in a skillet, I use garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, dried red pepper flakes and fresh herbs like, cilantro, parsley or time.

Spray the butter on the crust and layer on the spinach. Cook together ground chicken, pepper, onion, spices and add all the ingredients, excluding avocado, and cheese onto the crust. Bake this on 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, until the crust browns. After taking this out, add the cheese, and stick back into the oven for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese melts. Add the avocado to the top and voila! I hope you enjoy this healthy flatbread as much as we did and remember to eat in moderation, this flatbread serves 4.
