Smoothie Bowls: My New Obsession

Lately, I have been obsessed with the smoothie bowl trend. I could eat smoothie bowls all day long and never get tired. They are healthy, full of my favorite fruits and I can decorate them however I want and it's fun to make. My favorite Smoothie Bowl is Strawberry Banana. Although, I play around with different fruits and toppings and am totally open to trying new things. Here's how I make mine:

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl:
Smoothie Ingredients:
Frozen Sliced Strawberries
Fresh Sliced Banana
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Ice
1/4 Cup Almond Milk

Unsalted Chopped Pecans
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes
Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Blueberries)

Blend all the Smoothie ingredients together. (Placing the frozen ingredients at the bottom, like the ice and frozen strawberries, helps blend better).
Poor into a bowl and add your toppings.

Blue Majik Spirulina
1/2 tsp of Green Algae
1 Peel Kiwi

Chocolate Smoothie Bowl:
1/4 C. Spinach
2 Frozen Bananas
1 tsp. Cacao Powder
2 tsp.Coconut Butter
1/4 C. Almond Milk
1/4 C. Coconut Water

Edible Flowers
Shredded Coconut
Fresh Strawberries
